These terms govern the purchase of readings on ziweihour.com. By buying, you accept them. You can save or print them.
1. Seller
[TITULAR], Tax ID (NIF) [NIF], address [DOMICILIO]. Contact: [EMAIL]. Registry details: [REGISTRO].
2. What you buy
- Free chart: the Site calculates your Zi Wei Dou Shu chart in your browser at no cost.
- Full reading (paid): a written text, personalised to your chart, generated automatically from traditional interpretations. It is digital content shown on the Site.
- Languages: versions in other languages are translated with artificial intelligence tools and may contain minor inaccuracies.
- Before paying you will see a description and a sample of what the reading includes.
3. Price
The price is the one shown on the purchase page right before you pay. It is a final price including taxes. There are no delivery costs or extra charges from us. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees if you pay in another currency.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely through our payment provider, using the methods it offers. We do not receive your card details. The contract is concluded once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
The reading is delivered immediately after payment is confirmed: it is unlocked on the Site and you receive an access code. Keep it: it lets you reopen your reading on any device. We will keep your reading available for at least [PLAZO_ACCESO]. We recommend saving or printing it.
You will receive confirmation of the purchase on a durable medium (for example, the payment provider's receipt and/or a downloadable confirmation page) including these terms and your consent to immediate delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a general rule, for distance purchases you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason.
However, the reading is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, which you receive immediately. So before paying we ask you to tick this box:
☐ I request immediate delivery of the reading and accept that, once it has been delivered, I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you tick it and delivery begins, you lose the right of withdrawal, under Article 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Without ticking the box we cannot complete the purchase.
7. If something goes wrong: voluntary refund
In addition to your statutory rights, if the reading does not load, is incomplete or contains a technical error (for example, it does not match your chart data or the text is corrupted), email [EMAIL] within 30 days of purchase with your access code. We will fix it and, if that is not possible, refund the full amount to the same payment method.
This voluntary refund does not cover simple disagreement with the interpretive content of the reading.
8. Legal guarantee
The digital content must conform to its description. If it does not, you have the statutory rights (Articles 114 et seq. of the Spanish consumer law): to have it brought into conformity and, if we fail to do so, a price reduction or termination of the contract. These terms do not limit those rights.
9. Important notice about the content
Readings are texts generated automatically from traditional interpretations of Chinese astrology. They are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and do not predict events. They do not replace help from a professional.
10. Liability
We are responsible for providing the service as described. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the content of the reading. Nothing above excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law towards consumers.
11. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
12. Complaints
You can send any complaint to [EMAIL]; we will reply as soon as possible and in any case within the legal maximum of one month. You can also contact the consumer authorities where you live.
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) ceased operating on 20 July 2025, after being abolished by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, so complaints can no longer be filed through it. We are currently not affiliated with any alternative dispute resolution body.
13. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies.
